Exchange and return

All items sold are straightly not refundable. If you are not satisfied with the products received such as defective products, wrong items or sizes kindly contact us @luna.bralettes to conduct any returns ＆ exchanges.

Please be reminded. No return allowed on any Final Sale item except if flaws in item are found （as long as the hang tag has not been removed and the item is unworn）.

Please show us the receipt. 

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

You only can return a defective products for up to 7 days from the date you purchased.

We do not bear the shipping fees.
